How it works

Three steps. You do one of them.

  1. 1Round 1

    Book the fight date

Pick a package and lock your date with a $100 refundable deposit. We text to confirm within the hour.

  2. 2Round 2

    The Rig rolls up

Your Rig Boss arrives 30 minutes early, parks at your curb or driveway, cools the arena down, and signs every kid in with a gamer name, avatar, and entrance song.

  3. 3Round 3

Ring walks, title match, belt — we roll out

Undercard rounds, a title match, and a belt ceremony. Then we pull away. The game play happened in the Rig, so there's nothing to clean in your house.

Inside the Rig

The latest consoles. The newest handhelds. All in one arena.

Step inside and it's black, gold, and glowing: eight big-screen stations on stadium benches, a handheld lounge in the back, and an outdoor screen for the crowd. Everyone plays at once. Nobody waits for a controller.

The fight card

Not a console in the corner. A fight night on wheels.

Kids step out your front door and into an arena. Every one of them gets a ring walk and a roar, and your Rig Boss calls every round like it's a title fight, because to them it is.

A child raising their arms on the steps of the glowing game trailer while friends cheer from the drivewayBout 1

The ring walk

"In the red corner…" Entrance song up, spotlight on. Each kid walks up the Rig's steps as their gamer name and avatar hit the screens. Instant headliner.

The face-off

Red corner. Blue corner. Tale of the tape on screen, then the bell. Everyone knows who's up next, so nobody's waiting around.

The title match

Finalists called up. The whole Rig counts down. "And the NEW champion…" A real gold belt goes around their waist.

Will it fit?

Your curb is the arena.

The Rig needs a level spot about 50 feet long: your driveway, the street out front, or a parking lot. It brings its own power and its own AC, so nothing runs through your house.

  • About 50 ft of level driveway, curb, or lot
  • Self-powered: no outlet, no extension cords
  • Air-conditioned for hot summers, heated for cold nights
  • We help you check HOA and street-parking rules
  • Kids play in the Rig, so your house stays party-clean

Modes

Tune it to your crowd. Free with any package.

Chill Mode

Sensory-friendly: lower lights, headphones, no buzzers, softer ring walks, and co-op games instead of head-to-head.

Parent-Free Zone

Your Rig Boss runs and supervises the Rig the whole time. You host the cake and everyone else.

Grown-Up Rumble

For teens, adults, and the office. A different game list and a different announcer energy. Same title match, same belt, more friendly trash talk.

Meet your Rig Boss

Part ring announcer, part referee, part tech pro, and a careful driver who parks the Rig right. Your Rig Boss calls the action, keeps every kid included and every match fair, fixes any glitch, and sets the energy right where you want it.

Why I started RumbleRig
I'm [Founder name], a parent here in [City]. I watched kids at birthday parties wait in line for one controller, then wander off. But I also saw what happened when a final match came down to the wire: the controller rumbling in their hands, and the whole room roaring. I wanted every kid to get that. A turn, a ring walk, a cheer. So I built an arena on wheels. It parks at your curb, and I show up to run it like a title fight. Because to the kid wearing the belt, it is.

The No-Fumble Promise

Four promises, in writing.

  • On time, or 30 minutes free

If we're late to the bell, you get 30 extra minutes of play at no charge.

  • Downtime added back, double

If any gear goes down, we add twice that time back to your party.

  • Loved by round one, or a full refund

If the birthday kid isn't loving it by the end of round one, you get every dollar back.

  • Accidents are on us

Spilled juice, a dropped controller, normal wear. You never pay for it.

FAQ

Questions parents ask

How much room does the trailer need?+

A level spot about 50 feet long for the truck and Rig: your driveway, the street out front, or a parking lot. Tell us where when you book and we'll confirm it fits.

Do you need power or anything from our house?+

No. The Rig runs on its own quiet power and has its own air conditioning. No outlets, no cords across the lawn.

What about my HOA or street parking?+

Most neighborhoods are fine with a few hours of parking. If you have an HOA, we'll help you check the rules before the party.

What if it's scorching hot, freezing, or raining?+

The Rig is climate-controlled, so we cool it down or warm it up before the first kid walks in. Rain is fine, since everyone plays inside. If there's lightning or severe weather, we reschedule free.

How many kids fit?+

Up to 24 players: 16 on the big-screen stations inside, plus the handheld lounge and the outdoor screen. Your Rig Boss rotates bigger groups so everyone plays.

What consoles and handhelds do you have?+

The current PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo consoles, plus a handheld lounge with the latest handheld gaming PCs and Switch 2. We refresh the lineup as new hardware drops.

Are the games age-appropriate?+

All games are rated E or E10+ by default. T-rated games are only played with parent consent, and you approve the full list before the party. "Fight night" is just the show style. It's video games, sportsmanship first, and every kid gets a ring walk and a cheer.

Isn't this just more screen time?+

It's social play, not solo scrolling. Kids cheer, take turns, play active party games, and we build in breaks for cake.

Who supervises the kids?+

Your background-checked, CPR-certified Rig Boss is in the Rig the whole time. The door stays open, and parents are welcome to pop in anytime.

What if we need to cancel, or my kid gets sick?+

Reschedule free anytime, sick kid included. The $100 deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before the party.

How far ahead should we book?+

Weekends usually book 3–6 weeks out. Weekdays are often open sooner, so check dates now.
